INED is a Public Scientific and Technical Research Establishment (EPST) administratively attached to both the Ministry of Research and the Ministry of Social Affairs.

In accordance with personal data regulations, the user is informed that INED, as the data controller, processes personal data.
The information collected by INED is subject to computer processing, is declared to the French data protection agency (CNIL) in accordance with simplified standard no. 48, and is intended for the management of prospects and customers. In accordance with the French data protection law of 6 January 1978, any person may obtain a copy of their information, and has a right of amendment, removal, and objection concerning their data.
